Papercut only holds your print job for 4 hours.




With Papercut you no longer have to select a physical printer to send your job. When you look for printers, locate the "Find-Me-Printer" in the printer destination box. If you do not find it, select "See more" 




If you do no see Find-Me-Printer in the See More list, log into your Chrome Browser, 

click on the User Profile Logo in the top right hand corner, and make sure your sync is on.





The first time you print to the Find-Me-Printer it will ask you to sign in to print. On the bottom it will say "Sign in with Google", select that option and allow everything it asks you to ( make sure you pick your school email address ).

You will only have to do this the first time you try to print with Find-Me-Printer.



When you print to Find-Me-Printer, you can release your job from any printer in the district. Just follow the steps below.



When you walk up to the machine, click on the  'PaperCut MF' icon.



When Papercut opens up you can chose to either login with your email address or ID number ( Select ID number ). Your ID Number is your room extension number ( If you do not have a phone extension, reach out to your building tech and they will give you a 4 digit pin )





You will see your prints are ready to be released. Either select print all at the top or print release to select the jobs you want. 



If you need to copy, select Device Functions and then click use device functions, it will take you to the default screen where you can copy/scan on the machine.
