When showing a video on your Airtame please use your Laptop instead of the Surface Go if you have that option. Video on your laptop should run smoother due to its increased processor speed and RAM.
If you are still experiencing buffering you can try to set a manual buffer on your video. This can be done by bringing up Airtame and clicking on Preferences in the bottom left hand corner.
Once in Preference click the tab at the top to turn on Manual mode. Here you will be given a list of options that you can use to adjust your Airtame to meet your needs.
When setting your buffer it's going to set how many seconds( up to 5 ) behind your Airtame will show your video from your computer. This should improve video quality and stability the higher you set your buffer.
If after doing this you still are having constant buffering issues, please submit a Tech Ticket and we'll take a look into other factors.
