With our new system being cloud based, we have seen a couple of phones have an issue where they lose connection while still showing that they have service.

If you are unable to make or receive calls, you can perform a hard reset on the phone to force the phone to pull it's configuration again. You can do this by holding the "OK" button down until you see the message on the phone that says:

"Reset to factory setting?"


Hit OK when this message appears. Your phone will restart a couple of times and should have pulled it's configuration from our servers. If your issue still persists after doing this step, please submit a ticket and we will resolve the issue.
