Scan Function option.  If selected, this feature will allow you to scan a document directly to your school Google Drive Account(as a .pdf).



To find the scanned document on your personal computing device, you will need to access Google Drive from a Browser( https://drive.google.com/drive/my-drive ).  After locating your Drive documents, you will need to navigate to a Folder called "Scans for PaperCut MF"



Upon initial attempt, you will receive a confirmation email requesting you to follow steps that will allow the system to forward scanned documents to your Google Drive account.  Afterwards, no other Authentication is required.


Note: You have 3 options for naming the document you are sending...The Kiosk will show an initial filename in which you can either change at the Kiosk, or you may wait to rename it after it has been sent to your Google Drive Folder.  You can also keep the filename the same as given from the machine.


To Scan to Email: The steps are still the same as before.  Go to the Device Functions icon and choose the Scan function and choose your Destination email account from there.
